Our Commitment

Skyblue Soft is committed to making Sentinel Proxy usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We are actively working to improve the accessibility of this website and application on an ongoing basis.

Conformance Target

We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This is our target standard, not a certification—we have not yet completed a full third-party audit, and some areas of the site may not yet fully conform.

Known Limitations

As a small, actively developed product, we know some parts of the site may not yet meet every WCAG success criterion. If you encounter a barrier, please tell us—see Feedback below. We prioritize fixes based on user impact.

Third-Party Components

Some parts of the Service (sign-in/sign-up, billing portal) are provided by third-party vendors—Clerk for authentication and Stripe for payments. Their accessibility is governed by their own conformance efforts, which are outside our direct control.
